Hush Holborn is the second of the Hush Brasseries, the original being located in Mayfair. It is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner, and has a wide array of food and drink to satisfy any guest.
Both of the Hush Brasseries are fashionably designed, with an emphasis on high-end dining and comfort. Typically you’ll see large leather booths occupied by ladies who lunch, or the private dining area used for parties and business meetings.
The menu at Hush Holborn is extensive, designed to meet the fast paced city lifestyle, whilst also offering luxury and a ‘treat’ each time you visit. To match this menu, an wide ranging wine list has been designed, to make sure that there is something for everyone, and with the majority of wines available by the glass, it is always a very popular spot.
Hush has a great reputation for its food, wine and service, and for this reason it keeps regulars coming back time and time again.
Results
Hush invested into an 8-bottle system, allowing them to flexibility to offer a wide range of reds and whites by the glass. This is their third system, with the original venue boasting two 10-bottle systems.
