Situated on St Martin’s Lane, Browns Covent Garden is in the ideal location for tourists and visitors wanting a light snack or drink before heading to one of the neighbouring theatres. Browns refurbished the whole of the main bar and seating area as part of their yearly programme of upgrades, and chose this time to install a By The Glass wine dispenser and preservation system.
The main reason behind this was to increase the number of fine wines by the glass, and also ensure that these wines were served at the correct temperature and in the right condition.
Results
Customers have really taken to the wines on offer, and the revamped food menu too has meant that the site has never been more popular.
