The Bleeding Heart site provides five very different eating experiences. It is split into: The Restaurant, The Bistro, The Tavern, The Crypt, and a Private Dining Room.
Robert Wilson invested into a By The Glass system for The Tavern part of Bleeding Heart. It underwent a large refurbishment and as part of this, Robert wanted to change the type of wine sold in The Tavern, and also improve the by the glass offer.
The range of wines available in the system means that guests have a choice of 4 whites and 4 reds, which site alongside the house wines available. The refurbishment was the perfect time to introduce this change, and welcome back guests with a new experience and treat.
The Tavern is open for breakfast (and is fully licensed from 8am, meaning you can enjoy a champagne breakfast should you wish!) It serves lunch and dinner also, with great value food for small and large groups. It has a relaxed atmosphere, where friends meet for coffee or a drink, and people have quick meetings out of the office.
Results
The By The Glass system fits perfectly with the refurbished back bar, and has allowed Igor to offer an increased range of great wines on the By The Glass, and by constantly changing the selection, allows new and different wines to be offered all throughout the year.
