The Marquis Cornwallis, in Bloomsbury, recently underwent a full refurbishment. Everything from the back bar to the seating was given a new feel, and to accompany a new menu, a By The Glass wine system was installed to make sure that the wines desired by the locals and travellers alike are on offer.
The menu regularly changes and focusses on using fresh ingredients and using them in the right way to make the best dishes. These are then paired with a range of craft ales, and a selection of fantastic wines to make this place a very special place to visit.
